Moira uses a gentle and effective technique that is applied to healed scars, at least eight weeks post trauma. The intention is to free restrictions in the collagen fibres of the scar tissue. This can lead to a decrease in pain, an increase movement, improved blood and lymph flow and potentially an emotional and psychological release.
